What we do

Cobblestack designs, builds, and maintains websites for local businesses for a flat build price plus an optional monthly care plan. The exact pages, price, and timeline for your project are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

What you own

You own your website, your domain, and your content. If you ever decide to leave, we hand everything over cleanly — there’s no lock-in and no holding your site hostage.

The care plan

The monthly care plan covers hosting, updates, backups, security, and a set amount of content edits. It’s optional, you can cancel any time, and cancelling never takes your site away from you.

What we can and can’t promise

We build every site for speed, accessibility, and local SEO, and we set up your Google Business Profile. We can’t guarantee a specific Google ranking, amount of traffic, or business result — no honest provider can. We’ll always tell you straight what to expect.

Payment

Projects are a one-time build fee plus the monthly care plan if you choose it. Payment terms for your project are spelled out in your quote.

Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Cobblestack isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Your project agreement governs the work we do for you.
